All changes to personal information shall only be made after going through the proper procedures and only once it is verified that the one requesting the changes is the user him/herself.
Please contact the department on handling of personal information for the proper procedure.

Contracts to protect confidentiality shall be made when consigning personal information to an outside entity for security purposes.
